RINA is currently recruiting for a Egypt Projects Lifting Inspection Technical Supervisor to join its office in Cairo within the Energy Project Solutions Division.MissionMonitoring and overseeing site projects and supervising the team, Lifting Operation technical manager provide assistance to lifting operations inside and outside the country, prepare annual budget for the staff, ensure customer satisfaction to the lifting activities.Key AccountabilitiesAssist the Operations and/ or General Manager to drive business growth, maximize revenue, manage and monitor expenditure and labor utilization, and ensure continuous improvement in systems and processes.Meet key performance indicators including, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Safety and Environmental measures.Prepare annual budgets for the department including labor, equipment, consumables, training and recruitment and other costs associated with operating the department.Oversee the recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure all employees can effectively meet customer needs.Develop and train staff to ensure succession planning is in place.Provide effective supervision to the team during daily operations to ensure a thorough and efficient service is provided to customers.Ensure performance standards are clearly communicated to staff and monitoredConduct appraisals and exit interviews.
