1- Human Resources:
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
- Address employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Compensation and Benefits:
- Designing, implementing, and managing an organization's compensation and benefits programs.
- Create and maintain a competitive salary structure that accounts for job roles, responsibilities, and experience levels.
• Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Develop and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Talent Development:
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures and Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Records and Documentation:
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and administrative files.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security
2- Administration:
• Office Management:
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, and equipment and Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus • Proven experience in HR management preferably in the advertising or creative industry . • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices . • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications . • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent Command of English.
