Tours operations:
- Responsible for all operation tasks in the tours booked across all the group companies (RT - RE - DNS - RF - RS - RJ - Ret - GA). From the moment the tour is booked to the moment the guest review is posted, confirming that all the service providers are booked and included in the systems, including the guides, drivers, airport representatives, hotels, flights, trains, Entry tickets, restaurants, extra activities. Ideally confirmations of bookings from Service providers will need to be confirmed within one week of receiving the deposit of the tour from the guest. This will be done in collaboration with the rest of the team, including the admin team, reservation officers, local operators, freelance tour guides and drivers.
- Ensure the highest quality of the tours operated and that feedback of the guests has been posted. This will be done in collaboration with the rest of the team including Travel Advisors,Travel Officers, Admin team, Marketing team, Airport Rep, Tour Guides.
- Handling the company emergency number for Operations. (Contact also given to the guests before arrival).
Extract and monitor seasonal, monthly and weekly reports, to confirm that all the tasks related to the booked tours are done in a timely manner and with highest quality (either from the Google sheets or Odoo).Examples of types of reports: Tours sorted by tour date, by tour guide, by airport representative… by company.Extract and monitor operational Data in Luxor (Tour Guides, drivers, airport reps, other service providers), Extract and monitor operational Data in Aswan (Tour Guides, drivers, airport reps, other service providers), Extract and monitor operational Data related to the Dahabiya/sContribute to the supervision of the Daily Traffic sheet and rest of the systems.Contribute to the update of the database of service providers.Contribute to the update of the Tours Catalog with quotes
