Sales Coordinator

• To be the link between the factory and external customers (Adm’s & OEM) in terms of sales plans and following up on their implementation in production and customer deliveries.
• Making sales orders and updating customer data and price lists on the ERP system (ODOO)
• Preparing and discussing customer contracts, quotations, payment method and customer plans
• Building a strong relationship with customers to solve their problems and give them a positive image of the company.
• Responsible for addressing quality, production, warehouses, or any other department to facilitate and ensure customer satisfaction with the product, delivery, and everything related to workflow.
• Addressing customers to ensure that their financial dues are paid on time and that payment is not delayed.
• Addressing customers to offer any seasonal offers to encourage sales and achieve the target.
• A field visit at least once a month to the local market to compare prices with competitors, position the product in the market and the method of display in exhibitions (in coordination with Adams Company) and prepare a detailed report on each visit with all its details.
• OEM clients only visit large, reputable companies.
• Preparing the necessary reports required for daily and monthly follow-up according to work requirements.


Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
