Job Purpose:

The ERP Project Lead & Support is responsible to Led, Plan, design, and Implement ERP project to deliver the ERP system well-functioning in a timely manner, in addition to providing continuous support and problem-solving for ERP users. Help the company to manage business cycle and operations through the ERP system.

Job Specifications:

Duty 1.ERP Project implementation:-

• Develop, plan, and implement the ERP system.
• Determine the scope of the project.
• Lead project with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for the ERP system.
• Solve complex problems which arise in the project to get the desirable outcomes.
• Work on / Lead ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades, migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system to meet organizational needs.

Duty 2. ERP Support:-

• Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
• Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the firm by using tools such as news feeds and hands-on training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Leverage change and release management process to ensure all platform updates and upgrades are thoroughly tested and signed off prior to go-live.
• Maintain regular server backup to ensure data security.
• Other duties as assigned and required to the meet emerging ERP needs of the business.

Duty 3. Vendor Management:-

• Partner with the vendor regarding product road map, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
• Attain deep knowledge in Odoo ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
• Understand organization requirements from ERP to design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome through ERP investment.
