Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect purchased items for specifications, quantity, and quality.
- Allocate storage spaces based on item characteristics and organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies during receipt and issuance processes.
- Update inventory records using the designated software system.
- Execute issuance orders and facilitate withdrawal operations according to standard procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding stock levels.
- Implement security measures to safeguard stored products against theft, damage, and deterioration.
- Prepare monthly reports on incoming and outgoing items, consumption rates, and demand levels.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify and isolate obsolete or damaged items for proper disposal or replacement.
Qualifications:Any Bachelor degree Experience:3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Preferred completion of a warehouse training course.Attention to detail.Data accuracy and record-keeping skills.Optimal utilization of storage spaces.General appearance and organization of the warehouse.Proficiency in computer usage.
