As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and positive experience. This is an on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.QualificationsFluency in both spoken and written English and ArabicCustomer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle customer inquiries and resolve issuesAttention to detail and ability to multitaskPositive and friendly attitude Job Conditions:· Employment type: Full time until August.· 5 working days Sunday - Thursday from 9AM - 5PM.· Fridays & Saturdays are off.· payment is per day + the commission.· located in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.· Available to join immediately
