Agent Network Field Visits
- Establishes and assists in developing and maintaining business relationships with current and potential agents in the assigned area serving to generate new businesses
- Analyses the assigned geographical area and determines key locations
- Researches sources for developing future agents and determines their potential
- Promotes sells and secures OTP services for existing and prospective agents through a relationship-based approach
- Provides frontline support to OTP agents, assesses their needs, and provides timely information or assistance
- Supports OTP agents in the assigned area of operations through telephone calls and in-person visits
- Assists new agents in the process of obtaining OTP services by advising on legal documents, related procedures, system usage, and marketing display
- Ensures periodic visits to existing agents and distributes needed materials and promotional items
Market Data Gathering & Agent Network Performance
- Gathers and reports information regarding existing/potential agents
- Reports and informs the team on requests received from clients regarding opening new OTP locations; submit their related data and information
- Performs the necessary audit and assessment on OTP agents to ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensures reporting daily and weekly feedback to Supervisor
- Participates in surveys related to OTP Agent Network information (questionnaires, different checklists, and reports)
- Stays up-to-date on OTP services, market conditions, and competitive activities
- Observes Agents’ quality of service and their awareness and knowledge on OTP services; delivers them refresher training where needed
- Performs any other duties related to the scope of work & competencies
