- Develop and implement strategies to increase the FF&E sales within the company, focusing on both new client acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends, industry challenges, opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and sales approaches.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the company is top-of-mind for all FF&E needs, facilitating partnerships that lead to increased sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to deal closure & conduct regular training sessions for the sales team.

Qualifications:
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates
- At least 3 years of experience in FF&E industry
- In-depth understanding in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) products
- Arabic speaker is a plus
- Extensive knowledge in CRM systems, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office suite
