Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Agentic AI Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making and task execution. Candidates will contribute to cutting-edge AI agent frameworks that automate complex workflows across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:• Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.• Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.• Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless operation.• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or Crew AI.• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying agentic systems.
