Develops tools that will measure the effectiveness of current General services programs and recommend new methods when necessary.

Provides feedback and updates MD on all issues and concerns in the property, including problem areas and achievements.

Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to team members and subordinates and leads the way in achieving them.

Leads the formulation and review of compound plans and strategies and monitors progress or compliance.

Formulates the organizational structure, gives job assignments and conducts periodic audits on procedures for quality improvement purposes.
Provides adequate on-the-job training to subordinates.
