Needs Assessment and Beneficiary Selection:
- Conduct community assessments to identify eligible beneficiaries based on vulnerability criteria. 
- Participate in beneficiary registration and verification processes. 
- Develop distribution plans to ensure equitable access to seeds across targeted communities. 
Seed Distribution Logistics:
- Coordinate the procurement, storage, and transportation of seeds to distribution sites. 
- Establish distribution points and set up the necessary infrastructure. 
- Supervise distribution teams and ensure adherence to established protocols. 

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track seed quantities distributed to each beneficiary household. 
- Monitor distribution processes for accuracy and accountability. 
- Document and report on distribution activities, including challenges and successes. 
Capacity Building and Training:
- Conduct training sessions for beneficiaries on proper seed storage, planting techniques, and agronomic practices. 
- Facilitate farmer groups to share knowledge and best practices. 
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and other FSL project teams. 
- Maintain open communication with project management and donors regarding distribution progress.
Team Management:
- Organize regular meetings with her/his project teams
- Lead the appraisal process of his/her team with the support of the Field Coordinator
