Compliance Specialist

  • Support in the day-to-day operation of the compliance programs. Monitor & assess the appropriateness & adequacy of carried out spot checks by the compliance team.
  • Assess the customers' relevant Compliance received cases and allegations from business owners and take the proper corrective action in alignment with the direct manager.
  • Executes and conducts Compliance investigations with company employees and sales if needed, and support preparing the required reports and analysis with the direct manager.
  • Support in localizing Group Policies and standards, frequently review and update the existing Policies and standards & develop procedures for the Compliance Programs and their related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Ensure adequate implementation of the compliance programs.
  • Act as internal Compliance advisor in all questions relating to relevant Allianz Codes, Standards, and Policies honestly and lawfully.   
  • Keep the Compliance records, documents and FRA correspondences properly archived in a proper way.
  • Support in conducting regular spot checks to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance.
  • Support when needed in covering the other Compliance units (i.e. AML and FRA Correspondence activities).
  • Support efficiently in any required activities from the direct manager or the Compliance Officer.

0 - 2 years of experience as Compliance officer or Fraud Officer – preferably. 0 - 2 years of experience as Complaints management team – preferably.Background in the financial services industry is of advantage.Understanding of corporate governance & regulatory requirementsInterviewing & investigation techniques.Customer Complaints handling.Detailed Oriented.
