Job Description

What you’ll do:


  1. Validate schedule for Process Excellence (Content/SME) Specialists, maintain reports/tasks/projects, and manage schedule changes
  2. Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave in a tracked timesheet
  3. Track Process Excellence (Content/SME) team performance daily to ensure SLA and targets are met
  4. Monitor & Coach Process Excellence (Content/SME) performance and overall team KPIs
  5. POC with all stakeholders in case of any project
  6. Manage internal & external communication
  7. Provide periodic reports on performance
  8. Ensure that the knowledge base contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality information
  9. Quality Checks On: 
    1. The information provided by the SMEs on Jiras handled, and the content compared to the internal resources
    2. Perform quality audits to make sure the second-line team is consistent and adheres to the quality rules
    3. Knowledge Bases & Blog Posts created are free of errors
  10. Contribute to solving and reducing issues to optimize the speed of the process

Actively Interact and support the other teams to provide feedback



Qualifications

What you’ll need:


  1. 2 years of Experience in a Managerial role preferably in a CX environment 
  2. Very good in English and business writing
  3. Very good in Google Sheets and have a good understanding of data interpretation
  4. Know how to write content pages & create a process
  5. Strong project management knowledge, problem-solving & communication skills
  6. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are required
