  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
  • Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Negotiate rates and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
  • Maintains customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the company.

A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification related to business developing is recommended.Strong presentation skills is essential.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Ability to call potential clients with confidence.Experience in insurance brokerage field is a plus.
