We are hiring experienced sales professional team from junior up to managerial level for the launch of the new project.
- Manage sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Direct the sales team in the direct and indirect sales.
- Work with the sales team to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
Experience Needed: 10+ years.Real Estate experience is a must.Experience in developers is a must.Previous experience as sales manager or branch manager.Experience in Red Sea especially Hurghada (Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay, Makadi Bay, Gouna...etc).To be able to locate in Sahl Hashish, Hurghada.Excellent command of English.German & Russian will be a plus.Experience in both direct & indirect sales management.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Excellent Leadership skills.
