- Lead advanced maintenance strategies (TPM, 5’S) for optimal plant efficiency.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.
- Mentor and guide the team's daily operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize spare parts inventory for minimal downtime. and utilizing MRP.
- Follow up on the critical spare parts for the highly utilized equipment.
- Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute mechanical maintenance plans (PM, PdM), and follow up on compliance.
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to fulfill maintenance departments, business needs, and company plans.
- Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager on overall departmental strategy and initiatives.
- Develop and conduct training programs for the mechanical maintenance team.
- Lead the mechanical team for continuous improvement and project implementation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with equipment vendors for technical support and efficient procurement.
- Analyze equipment failure trends and implement solutions with the collaboration planning section.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and maintenance activities.
- Identify alternative spare parts of the same quality to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
Proven leadership experience (6+ years) in mechanical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of advanced maintenance methodologies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Strong project management skills.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems relevant to feed mill operations.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in industrial machinery.Familiarity with quality control procedures related to feed production.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve maintenance excellence.
