- Model Authoring using Revit to reach the required LOD using IFC-Shop drawings- Material submittals.
- Internal Coordination within MEP disciplines using interference checks and Navisworks.
- Coordination with other Disciplines.
- Modeling and Production of shop drawings using Revit & AutoCAD.
- Review technical data for all materials and submit them to the consultant.
- Attending the project meetings with the owner and the consultant.
- Coordinate with the project manager regarding work priorities and provide the technical office with the requirements to complete the work.
- Issue and resolve project document issues/conditions.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, specification, BOQ, etc.). Prepare voltage drop, short circuit, and panel schedule calculations.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.experience in Construction field finishing projects is a Must.Good Knowledge of mechanical engineering (Firefighting- Plumbing - HVAC).Mastering Revit.Previous Experience in Quantity Surveying & Invoices.Good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.
