- Supervision & Follow-up work of finishes.
· Overall, supervision, and coordination with the consultants & development team and contractors to complete the project on time.
· Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
· Prepare the periodic reports of the Director of the Construction and development Departments on the progress of the work and submit any proposals on the obstacles to implementation.
· Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, screeding work, waterproofing work, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, flooring, and landscaping.
· Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers
· Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the subcontractors.
· Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
· Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering.· 3-5 years’ experience in site works.· Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Word.· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
