- Develops, presents proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Generates high-quality sales leads, follows up after initial contact, secures and renews orders, negotiates prices, completes sales, and arranges deliveries.
- Keeps informed of industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
- Collaborates with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Helps customers who have problems with installed products.
- Solicits and logs customer feedback and evaluates the data to create new sales tactics.
- Identifies areas for improvement and communicates it as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Achieves sales goals and quotas.
- Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
- Assists with research of new products.
- Attends company training seminars to become familiar with product lines & learn about industry developments.
- Documents account activities, generates reports, and keeps records of business transactions with customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree - Mechanical Engineering is preferable.5-7 years of Experience (commercial vehicles)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Very good English language3x sales force for our commercial vehicles.Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Car owner is a MUST.The willingness to travel up to 50%, if necessary.
