- As part of the PCM Team, you will work closely with other internal departments, external consultants, and contractors, namely: Engineering, Procurement, Accounts, PM, HSE, and Package Contractors as a minimum.
- Responsible to ensure that your work package tender documents are reviewed technically in terms of buildability and clashes.
- Responsible for ensuring that any re-measurables and contract claims are technically validated and correct.
- Responsible to issue site instructions to package contractors ensuring they are well-informed and formally documented.
- Responsible to ensure that the Quality Plan is adhered to through the generation of ITPs and defects management systems.
- Responsible for developing, managing, and tracking the short-term plans of the package contractors to guarantee safe and productive phasing of works.
- Responsible for leading regular package contractor meetings to communicate any: technical or coordination matters.
- Responsible for the direct line management of supervisory engineers as required by the organization structure. To lead, mentor, and put in place systems to ensure they are achieving their responsibilities.
- Responsible for generating reports in various methods using MS Office as required by the Construction Manager.
- In addition to the above you will be accountable for your packages’ communication and documentation: Design Reviews, RFIs, Submittals, Red-Lines, and integration to the Master Schedule.

Very strong Civil / Structural / Construction Management background with minimum Batchelor degree in same.Strong MS Office KnowledgeExcellent verbal communication skills (Egyptian and English) Very strong personality, self-starter, motivated, ambitious, confident.Previous exposure to Egyptian / Middle East construction as a contractor/consultant essential.Previous experience working on industrial projects desirable but not essential. Previous experience working as part of an EPCM team desirable but not essential. Minimum 6 demonstratable years of relevant work experience post-degree.
