Job Description:


As a Key Account Manager specializing in the digital signage industry, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients. Your primary focus will be understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet client expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within key accounts.
  • Assist in pricing negotiations and contract development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the ICT industry, specifically in the digital signage sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prepared and delivered presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the digital signage industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital signage technology and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
