Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves hardware and software problems on company computer systems.
- performs advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a wide range of computers and peripherals.
- Analyzes and resolves problems on Microsoft applications and systems for staff across all company departments.
- Provides integrated hardware support; troubleshoots and resolves complex hardware, software, and networking communications failures, conflicts and/or malfunctions; maintains high users service standards in dealing with and responding to issues and inquiries.
- Provide support for CCTV systems, Collaboration systems, printers, and any other IT systems in the organization.
- Provides integrated computer technical support for research and development initiatives and new technologies.
- Serves as a member on technology projects of large scope and broad organizational impact, directing and integrating the work of other staff.
- Provides individual and/or group instruction and training on computer technologies to staff.
- Installs, configures, and maintains personal computers, Microsoft Operating Systems, and other related equipment, devices, and systems and sets-up connection to file servers and emails.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer system or related studies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Information Services professional environment
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Operating Systems in an Active Directory environment, Office 365, and common desktop applications.
- Excellent communication skills, Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information with all different levels of employees.
- Can handle pressure, team player and can multitask.
