Job Summary/Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Pricing section of MNSS Parts in order to facilitate the sales of parts and accessories and to achieve defined business objectives. Responsibilities: Operational:
- Participate and coordinate in Parts & Service Joint activities as the Core Team member.
- Facilitate ordering and distribution, Logistics confirmation for POS Material like genuine stickers, Warranty cards, Shopping bags, Floor mats, etc. to branches and channel partners.
- Review Part Numbers, Collect data, compile variances, for the Price survey on competitor's pricing, in coordination with Marketing Manager.
- Check Daily discount variance and submit report to Manager for further action.
- Compile employee attendance report manually to facilitate incentive computation.
- Coordinate with IT for Management reports. Compile data for in-depth analysis as per department requirements.
- Process approvals for special discounts, below cost cases, Total Loss requests, Air orders, special rebate, garage discount etc. and submit monthly report for review.
- Update Retail price list in system, in absence of the Auto CD upload.
- Facilitate stock keeping, safe custody and upkeep of the giveaway and gifts.
People Management: - Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
- Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Skills Educational Qualifications and Experience: Primary: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience.
Alternate: Diploma with 5 years of experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
