Atelier Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
•Welcome and greet customers
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
•Organizing store, picking up clothes
•Maintain a fully stocked inventory
•Discover customers’ needs and wants
•Recommend and display items as per customer's needs
•Manage point-of-sale processes
•Manage item deliveries/shipments to clients and follow up with the delivery/shipment companies.
•Keep up to date with product information
•Arranging special orders and managing the customer database

Requirements & Skills:
• High school degree or higher
• Proficiency in English
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Skills (Data Entry – Excel – Word - & other internet apps)
• Presentable, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration & email writing skills
