Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Previous experience working in high-end fine dining restaurants
  • Experience in managing a diverse team of staff members
  • Demonstrated success in meeting financial targets and operational goals
