We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative / Telecaller to join our sales team and contribute to our growth.

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative / Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base within the cybersecurity and IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media) to reach out to prospects.
  • Sales Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our cybersecurity and IT solutions.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Qualification:
  • Qualify leads based on their fit and readiness to purchase.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Sales Presentation:
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our services.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects.
  • Achieving Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to maximize results.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
