Role Overview We are seeking a Grocery Solution & GTM Manager to drive FPG’s expansion in the European grocery sector. This role blends market strategy, solution development, and customer engagement, and is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in grocery logistics, automation, or e-commerce fulfilment. You will play a critical role in translating market needs into winning solutions and commercial strategies, acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and product development. Key Responsibilities1. Grocery GTM & Market Strategy Define and execute FPG’s go-to-market approach for the grocery sector across EMEAEstablish clear positioning, value messaging, and competitive differentiation Develop industry-specific sales tools (playbooks, battlecards, use cases) Support regional pipeline growth through targeted market initiatives2. Market Insights & Customer Understanding Engage with grocery retailers, 3PL providers, and integrators to uncover pain points and needs Build structured insights including:Customer segmentation & personas Use-case frameworks (ambient, chilled, frozen, micro-fulfilment, etc.) Monitor regulatory requirements, cold-chain considerations, and market trends3. Solution Development & Pre-Sales Support Design tailored automation solutions for grocery operations, including:Storage and fulfilment strategies Picking workflows Throughput and capacity modelling ROI and commercial justification Create 2D layouts and solution concepts (Auto CAD preferred) Partner with sales and technical teams in RFPs, customer workshops, and pilot projects4. Product Alignment & Market Feedback Represent the grocery vertical internally and ensure customer needs are reflected in product evolution Provide structured input to product teams on:Temperature-controlled applications Packaging/tote requirements System integrations (WMS/WCS) Support launch and adoption of new solutions tailored to grocery scenarios5. Cross-Regional Collaboration Work closely with EMEA commercial teams and global product/engineering stakeholders Align priorities across sales, marketing, solution, and delivery teams Deliver training sessions, demos, and industry presentations Contribute to events, trade shows, and customer-facing engagements Candidate Profile✅ Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in:Grocery supply chain / fulfilment Warehouse automation / logistics solutions Strong knowledge of grocery operations:Multi-temperature environments (ambient / chilled / frozen) E-commerce fulfilment models (click & collect, dark stores, etc.) Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities:Data analysis ROI / business case development Experience in a customer-facing or solution-oriented role⭐ Preferred Background in robotics, intralogistics, or automation technologies Ability to design layouts or use tools such as Auto CADExperience working across European or multi-country environments Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Spanish) Why Join FPGCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovation-driven business Work on cutting-edge solutions in grocery and retail automation Exposure to international projects and cross-functional collaboration Clear growth path within a dynamic global organization
