Who we are looking for:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst ideally with at least 5 years of experinence to join our team.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis and process improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems. Certification in Business Analysis is a plus. (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
