Position overview:

Reporting directly to the Quality manager, our future Quality Coordinator will have as main missions to Improve Tangier's quality performance. Focus on Internal and external Customer Satisfaction. Develop the team under his/her responsibility. Improve the quality management system and achieve the Best in CLASS of the global E-System performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the plant informed about Customer claims, warranties, and internal quality issues.


• Ensure follow-up of Quality KPIs (WC, RPPM, IPPM, SPPM, etc.)


• Ensure the execution of the Quality System/ Control plan.


• Team Management of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and controllers.


• Follow up on Implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on Internal/External Defects.


• Ensure Execution of Process and Product Audits.

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Bac+5 minimum with an Engineering degree


• 5 years of experience within the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer


• Working knowledge of AIAG core tools


• Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards),


• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.


• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
