We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Soft Services Facilities Coordinator to join our team in the Facilities Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations for a prestigious client in Riyadh, KSA. The Soft Services Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of all facility-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair and operation of all facilities in the designated area.
Manage and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance teams, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Develop and implement facility management programs, including preventive maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance schedules and inventory.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and supplies for facility maintenance and operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for facility safety, health, and environmental sustainability.
Participate in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions.
Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to address facility-related needs and concerns.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in facilities management or building operations would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance processes.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Effective leadership and communication skills to manage facility staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with facility-related regulations, codes, and standards in KSA.
Proficiency in using facility management software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
