We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for a wide range of projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into the final designs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Contribute to the overall design strategy and provide input on improving design processes.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all designs.
- Ensure that designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
Skills
- Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
