We are looking for a motivated and versatile Account Manager to join our growing team and help us manage client relationships and projects effectively.

Job Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client projects, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. 

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional support to our clients. 

This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Prepare and send Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), reports, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and contact potential clients to expand our business and foster new relationships.
  • Odoo Project Handling: Assist with Odoo project implementation and management, working closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support Junior Consultants: Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and deliver high-quality work.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze client needs, and provide insights to improve our services and offerings.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues and develop effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Excel and Data Management: Utilize Excel and other tools to manage data, analyze performance, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related field. Experience with Odoo projects is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong research, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Familiarity with Odoo or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
