Responsibilities:

  1. Research and brainstorm content ideas that align with the company's brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
  2. Write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content for a variety of channels, including articles, blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, and press releases.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, plan editorial schedules, and coordinate content distribution across multiple platforms.
  4. Conduct interviews, gather information, and perform thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of written content.
  5. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases, meta tags, and other best practices.
  6. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital media.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  9. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content that enhances the user experience and engagement.
  10. Contribute to the development of content marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.


Skills

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published writing samples across different formats and platforms.
  3. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  4. Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and AP style, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone to different audiences and purposes.
  5. Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital media trends.
  6. Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from multiple sources and synthesize complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  7. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
