Overview of the role:
Responsible for driving the on-boarding processes, HR communication, HR Administration and supporting the HRBP in related projects and initiatives.
What you will do:
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees at Doha Festival City
- Coordinate valuable orientation programs and assess office/system requirements
- Manage buddy community and monitor onboarding progress
- Conduct AFGRE Induction and provide iGROW training
- Liaise with recruitment teams for technical assessments and interviews
- Handle new employee requirements and publish HR communications
- Act as a touchpoint for Emirati employees and support Emiratization programs
- Propose and organize employee engagement activities
- Enhance internal communications through graphic design skills
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
Minimum Experience:
5 years of experience in administrative function of a large sized company with some exposure to HR, and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform the job effectively.
Job-Specific Skills:
Human Capital principles, Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability, Mentoring/Coaching, Employee Relations
