Regional Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue targets within your designated region.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and qualify new leads within the defense and space industry.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our client's products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prime contractors, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events (up to 50%).


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the defense and space industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the defense and space market dynamics in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales team (preferred).
