Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries or forward messages to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Monitor and order shop supplies as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management


Skills
