As an ERP Support Specialist at Mashura Consultants, you will play a crucial role in providing both technical and functional assistance and support to our clients utilizing SAP Business One software. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of SAP B1 systems, allowing our clients to harness the full potential of their solution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical and functional support to clients using SAP Business One (B1) software, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify and diagnose technical and functional challenges, leveraging system logs, error messages, and functional understanding to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to uphold the integrity and performance of SAP B1 solutions, documenting test results and offering recommendations for enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients and end-users, empowering them to proficiently utilize and maintain SAP B1 systems.
• Stay abreast of new releases, patches, and updates for SAP B1 software, executing system upgrades and migrations as necessary to maintain optimal performance and security.
• Align with SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to support ongoing projects and initiatives, leveraging technical and functional expertise to contribute to project success.
