Accounting Manager (Construction)

  1. Create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems within the company.
  2. Collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information to document firms' financial performance and position companies to make well-informed financial decisions.
  3. Recommend forecasting requirements, draft annual budgets, and project expenditures to prepare periodic statements and meet financial regulatory requirements.
  4. Analyze general ledger variances and suggest corrective action for management's approval to meet annual accounting financial objectives.
  5. Develop action plans, audit operations, and propose efficiency improvements.
  6. Lead the accounting team to provide accurate, timely data and recommendations.
  7. ensures companies' financial well-being by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers.

10 to 15 years of accounting experience, solid experience in Construction.Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databasesAbility to multi-taskUnderstanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsBS degree in Accounting or Finance.
