HR Specialist

  1. update company organization chart monthly
  2. Review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. 
  3. Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. 
  4. Assist in job analysis & job description project.
  5. Administrate schedule training and development courses. 
  6. Administrate and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. 
  7. Responsible for ISO tasks for HR department.
  8. Preparing training letters for trainees, training commitment 
  9. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. 

EDUCATION:BSc. DegreeHolding HR Diploma is a must EXPERIENCE:3-5 years Experience SKILLS:Good Command of English language Stress ToleranceService Orientation
