1- Build and maintain a strong client’s data base.
2- Self-generation of reasonable number of daily leads.
3- Contact and follow up with all leads and report each lead’s status.
4 - Identify and seize new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
5 - Ensure full projects knowledge and awareness and updated inventory availability.
6 -Contact potential customers, present company’s profile and/or products and conduct all needed site visits.
7- Maintain strong customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
8 - Provide clients with professional consultation in finding the right unit by providing all necessary marketing 9 - material, discuss options and answer any inquires.
10- Escalate received client's cases/issues to Sales/Assistant Manager.
11 - Search for potential channels and discuss suggestions with Sales Assistant Manager.
12- Update own market knowledge and current or potential competition.
13- Prepare and submit periodic reports.


1 - Suitable bachelor’s degree.2 - CRM, Salesforce or others is preferable.3 - 0-2 years of experience.
