Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Science or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an agronomist consultant or related role, with a proven track record of implementing successful cost-saving strategies in farms.In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment, tools, and technologies.Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to utilize it for strategic decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to advocate for new technologies and convince farmers of their benefits.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for sustainable agriculture and a focus on long-term farm success.
