The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to handle the details of daily operations along with more complex, systems-based protocols that demand strict adherence to regulation. You’ll not only direct the workflow of our team members, but also interact with customers as the face of our company.
The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively and ensure sustainable growth.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies.
Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.
Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
Hires cleaning agents as required.
Coordinate and supervise all tasks performed on site to ensure quality.
Liaison, meet and coordinate work issues with clients to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
Attend site progress meetings and provide performance reports.
Managing work schedules and division of cleaners.
Assisting in the handing over of completed tasks and rectification of any defects.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to create reports.
Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Incredible communication skills.
Work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results.
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
