Citea Hotel located in Achrafieh is looking for a Chef De Partie:
- Previous experience in a hotel is a plus.
- Flexibility in schedule is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Technical degree
The education levels can be replaced by years of experience
Job description:
- Creating and testing new recipes and menu items
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborating with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are executed properly
- Managing food costs and minimizing waste
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities
