Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our chocolate factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. The Operations Manager will also be in charge of managing a team of production staff, coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of production in the chocolate factory to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize production processes.
3. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands and inventory goals.
4. Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards and comply with regulations.
5. Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials to support production needs.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with specific experience in a chocolate or confectionery factory.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
