A beach resort in Byblos is seeking a Facility & Hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reception Management:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up and supervise invoicing with front desk.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with Signature team to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Supervise and support Receptionists and security guard when needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• End of shift closure.

Bungalow Management:

• Follow up the workflow of reservation hostesses.
• Ensure bungalows are cleaned, maintained, and stocked with necessary amenities.
• Handle Bungalow’s cleaning checklists.
• Coordinate with Signature team to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of bungalows to identify any maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and renovations as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Laundry management control; send and receive linen, inventory control.
• Update reservation book in coordination with reservation team and reception.
• End of shift closure.

Pool Management:

• Supervise pool operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor pool water quality and ensure proper chemical levels are maintained.
• Schedule and oversee lifeguards' shifts and coordinate with them to enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• Handle any pool-related emergencies or incidents.

Facility Management:

• Manage the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility including pool, reception, bungalow, office, grounds, parking area and amenities.
• Coordinate with back office, contractors, and maintenance officer to complete repairs and renovations in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Responsible on all resort assets

Staff Management:

• Supervise receptionists, housekeeping staff, reservation team and maintenance officer.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to HR.
• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and expenses.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for reception, bungalows, and office.
• Prepare waste sheet in case of any damage
