Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at InnoBev, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market presence. You will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and executing initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and penetrate new markets.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. Use insights to develop targeted sales strategies.
5.Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure timely product delivery.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenditure to maximize ROI.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
