Job Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, liaising with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SMSA, TNT and Saudi post. 
  • Liaising with Group HR departing for different business processes.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Assisting the company’s General Manager in processing business trips, travel and hotel bookings.
  • Documentation tasks related to all administrative function.
  • Forwarding Purchase/Sales inquiries to respective Department Heads.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing Databases.
  • Preparing reports and sharing with General Manager if and when instructed.
  • Prioritizing workloads.
  • Facilities Management, scheduling interviews and arranging visit visa invitations.
  • Managing events/meetings and making logistical and transportation arrangements.


Skills

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in administration studies or higher qualification
  • Minimum of 2 in Office Management & Administrative Support
  • MS Office & other relevant software’s
  • Administration/secretarial role
  • Proficiency in English, and Arabic if needed
  • Proficiency in English, and Arabic if needed
