Business Development Manager

<b>Our client is one of the leading multinational crypto organizations with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Crypto or within the Fintech Space. </b>
Oversee and direct a dynamic business development team, responsible for tasks such as team member recruitment, establishment of team objectives, encouragement of team members, and evaluation of their performance.
Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies aimed at fostering revenue growth and expanding market reach.
Effectively manage lead distribution and allocation to optimize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI), collaborating closely with marketing departments to refine lead generation initiatives and improve lead quality.
Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted sectors, including crypto exchanges, wallets, market makers, hedge funds, and others.
Lead contract negotiations and closures, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and their clientele.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor maneuvers, and market shifts to pinpoint potential opportunities and risks.
Represent the company at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events to bolster brand recognition and establish industry influence.



RequirementsExperience working in a sales environment, preferably in the Crypto Wallet Space.
University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field).
Computer literate - Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to network with stakeholders effectively, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment and being able to multitask.
Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.
Energetic team player, with a positive outlook in the workplace.

Skills
