Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team at IFAAH Global Services. As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their immigration needs, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration goals and needs.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on immigration options, procedures, and requirements.
• Prepare and submit various immigration applications, including visas, residency permits, and citizenship applications.
• Review client documents and applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their case status and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Represent clients in immigration interviews, hearings, and other proceedings, as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as an Immigration Consultant or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English & [Arabic, if applicable] is a plus.
